How does Auto-Reply work?
Any time you miss a business call, Index’s Auto-Reply feature sends a text message to that customer with your company’s information and logo. It’s really easy to set up.
Go to Index > Settings
Enable Auto-Reply to Calls
Select Default or Create New
Add Your Company Logo
You can automatically include your Index Business Profile info in every Auto-Reply message too (*only available on iOS). Just tap “Paste Business Profile Info.” Feel free to include links and instructions to answer common questions or drive business.
That’s it! Once you’ve enabled Auto-Reply, we’ll send the selected message and logo—and any additional information you’ve included—whenever you miss a call.
