Your Business Profile lets us know what information you’d like to send.

Make sure that new and returning customers have access to your business information in the moments when it matters most by filling out your Index Business Profile. Read below to learn everything you need to know.

    How does the Business Profile work?

    After you download the Index mobile app, one of the first things you’ll want to do is complete your business profile. Be sure to include your business info, company logo, and a custom message to give your customers everything they need to work with you. You can make changes to your profile at any time, and include your Business Profile info in all of your Auto-Reply messages.

      To edit your Index Business Profile:

         Go to Index > Settings

         Tap Business Profile

          Enter Your Business Info

        Tap Add Custom Info (Optional)

      To add your Business Profile info to Auto-Reply (*only available on iOS):

         Go to Index > Settings

         Enable Auto-Reply to Calls

          Select Default or Create New

         Add Your Logo + Message

          Tap Paste Business Profile Info (Optional)
